This module generates IPA for Russian words. There are two entry points:
ru_IPA()directly implements Template:ru-IPA, and is meant to be called from that template.ipa()generates the raw IPA for Cyrillic text and is meant to be called from other code (e.g. from Module:ru-pron/testcases), although it can also be called as a template (this is used in User:Benwing2's bot scripts).
